His approach is focused on aligning vision, people, and processes to achieve clarity and accelerate tangible results.
William is the founder and principal of Blue Giraffe Consulting and his 20+ years of professional experience as a leader and coach spans numerous industries, including Construction, Agriculture, IT, and Human Services. Qualitree is honoured to have William on our team as our Software Development Manager, leading the development of our industry-leading Enterprise Resource Planning system.
With a firm belief that leadership is influence and that everyone is a leader in their own right, William is passionate about helping every leader reach their potential. His thoughtful and welcoming nature makes William the perfect guide, and fellow leader, to ensure your podcasting experience is insightful and memorable.
When he is not chatting with our podcast guests, William enjoys heading out on adventures with his family, volunteering, and sharing his public speaking skills, or absorbing the wisdom from a new book (he recommends 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey –best enjoyed with a glass of well-aged Shiraz!).
